Booking & Payment

  • Pay on arrival — no advance payment is required.
  • Your booking is confirmed after you receive a booking confirmation from us.
  • Please provide the correct date, number of guests, and contact details when booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 1 day before the activity.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-show without prior notice may be considered a full cancellation.

Changes to Your Booking

  • Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change the date, number of guests, or meeting arrangements.
  • Changes are subject to availability.

Weather & Safety

  • The Mayong Cultural Walk takes place outdoors and may involve walking on village paths, rice-field trails, and uneven surfaces.
  • In case of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we may adjust, postpone, or cancel the activity for safety reasons.
  • If we cancel the activity due to unsafe weather conditions, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund if any payment has been made.

Guest Responsibility

  • Guests should wear comfortable walking shoes and suitable clothing.
  • Please inform us in advance of any special requirements that may affect the activity.
  • Guests are responsible for following the instructions of the local guide during the experience.

Local Community & Culture

  • Mayong Cultural Walk is a local community-based experience.
  • Guests are kindly requested to respect local customs, traditions, temples, homes, people, and the natural environment.
  • Please ask permission before taking photographs of local people, ceremonies, or private homes.

Personal Belongings

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the activity.
  • We recommend keeping valuables secure and bringing only essential items.

Photography

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the experience for personal use.
  • Please inform your guide if you do not wish to appear in promotional photographs or videos.
